During my time at HPI, I worked alongside the Office Leasing Team to pitch our services to Pennybacker Capital for 1515 Cesar Chavez, a distinctive property in the heart of East Austin. I designed a digital and print deck showcasing our leasing strategy, vision, and approach, helping communicate the value we could bring to the property. Our pitch ultimately secured a multi-million-dollar deal! Following the win, I expanded on the property’s branding and developed a flyer, website, and email blast to support the property’s marketing and leasing efforts.
